We collect personal information from you, including your name, contact information, location, and IRD number (if authorised). This information is collected in order to provide tax advice to you. In addition, we may be required to collect information to comply with Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Finance of Terrorism (AML/CFT) requirements.

 

Besides our staff, we may share this information with accounting and tax software providers in order to provide services to you. If authorised to act on your behalf, we may be required to obtain information and share information with other parties including, but not limited, to the NZ Inland Revenue Department, your solicitors or bankers for the purpose of completing the engagement.

 

If you choose not to provide the information requested, we may be unable to provide certain services.

 

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
